Note about liftgate delivery*
- I understand that the delivery driver will not move my crates after offloading them on the ground and if I request further service of my driver on site, I may incur additional fees.
Delivery Timeline
If you have reserved a backordered roaster or other machinery, your delivery timeline will largely be dictated by when those machines are back in stock at our Minneapolis warehouse. The information below will help us better coordinate to give priority to those owners ready to take delivery (referred to as our ASAP group) and those owners who require their machinery to be held and stored.
When can you take delivery of your machinery?
Once your machinery is in-stock, your order is finalized and all payments are made, when will you be able to take delivery? Please note, this schedule is pending having this machinery back in stock and ready to leave our warehouse.
- ASAP - I've entered all my delivery details and have no limitations on when deliveries can be received at this location.
- Not ASAP - I've entered all my delivery details and I know when I can take delivery but it will not be ASAP.
- Unknown - I need to verify my delivery details and may require the machinery be held or stored until I am ready.
- Unknown - I do not know when I can take delivery at this location and may require the machinery be held or stored until I am ready.
