Snowblind is a blend for the winter season. With a touch of sweetness, spice, and red fruit flavor, this blend is best enjoyed at a light roast profile. It’s the spot of sunshine you need to get through the snowy season.
In your lineup
This is a holiday blend on the lighter end of the roast spectrum. It celebrates the brightness and vibrancy of the winter months with notes like cranberry, ginger, and bergamot. It's like walking outside after a fresh snow and squinting in the sun-drenched scenery.
We're using two fresh-crop-washed coffees for this year's Snowblind blend. Ethiopia Aricha serves as the foundational component providing vibrant citrus, red fruit, and tart cranberry. El Salvador Chalatenango completes the blend, creating complexity and depth of flavor along with a heavier body. Together, these single origins combine to create something better than the sum of its parts.
