We have unmatched warranty and roasting support and are here to assist you in any way possible. If, however, you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may ship it back to us within 14 days of purchase for a credit or a refund.
Please contact us at (612) 886-2089 before sending so that we may provide you with shipping details and note in our order system whether the return is for a credit or a refund. Due to the fees our payment processor charges us, we charge a 6.25% restocking fee on all refunds. Please prepay shipping – we do not accept cash on delivery (C.O.D.’s).
Please note that drop shipped and custom orders are sold on a final sale basis. Also, items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Product returns may be denied in our discretion.
Due to the speed with which we fulfill your orders, we are unable to cancel orders for immediate shipment. If your order is back ordered or not shipping for two or more business days, please contact us at (612) 886-2086 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request provided the order has not yet shipped and your payment has not yet processed. If either of these has occurred, the return policy above, including the restocking fee, will apply.
