Applies to legacy MCR roasters (and less sophisticated manufacturers machines) only. Newer MCR models 2kg through 60kg feature a precision drum adjustment wheel. In this video Derek is walking us through how to do a drum gap adjustment. He is about to start a big production roast day on the 6KG so before starting to roast he is going to do a quick adjustment.
