Mill City Roasters’ coffee roasting equipment is intended solely for commercial use by trained and experienced professional operators. The customer is solely responsible for following the installation, operation and maintenance guidelines and instructions, complying with all regulations for installation and operation, as well as all industry standard safety practices pertaining to commercial production equipment, commercial coffee roasting activities and commercial coffee roasting equipment.
Mill City Roasters takes pride in our high-quality roasters and greens, our customer service and all the thousands of satisfied customers we have helped to achieve success. We view our sales as a ‘handshake’ with our customers and look forward to having you as part of the Mill City family for the lifetime of your product. We have unmatched warranty and roasting support and are here to assist you in any way possible. If, however, you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may ship it back to us within 14 days of purchase for either a credit or a refund at our discretion.
Please contact us at (612) 886-2089 before sending so that we may provide you with shipping details and determine whether a credit or a refund is in order. Due to the fees our payment processor charges us, we charge a 6.25% restocking fee on all refunds. Unless other arrangements have already been discussed, please prepay shipping – we do not accept cash on delivery (C.O.D.’s). Refunds will be issued once the returned merchandise is received by us and inspected for damage.
Please note that greens, food service type items, and commercial coffee roasters are sold on a final sale basis. Other items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Product returns may be denied in our discretion.
Orders are often fulfilled on the same day we receive them and we are incapable of cancelling an order once it has shipped. If your order is backordered or otherwise delayed, please contact us at (612) 886-2086 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request provided your payment has not yet processed. If either of these has occurred, the return policy above, including the restocking fee, may apply.
Repurchases and Storage Fees
We may, in our sole discretion, agree to repurchase unused, undamaged roasters that we have shipped to you. In the event that we do agree to such a repurchase, the restocking and shipping fees discussed above will apply. In addition, we will charge a cumulative fee equal to 2% of the total invoice amount for each month or portion thereof that has elapsed from the date we shipped the roaster to you and the repurchase date.
Our warehouse space is limited, and our expectation is that you will be able to accept delivery of purchased merchandise at such time as we are ready to ship it to you. In the event that you are unable to accept delivery we may, in our sole discretion, agree to hold the merchandise for you for a cumulative fee equal to 2% of the invoice amount for each month or portion thereof that has elapsed from the date the merchandise is ready to ship.
