After installation, the first step of setting up your new roaster is getting it seasoned. In this video, Bryant takes us through the seasoning roast on the newest machine in our facility, the MCR-6. Over the past two years, Bryant has helped more than 400 customers season their new machines as part of a two-part setup and support call, which is included with the purchase of every Mill City Roaster.
