| Jen Zeuner and Anne Keller of Fruita, Colorado, are drawn to adding value to their local community through business. The pair previously opened Hot Tomato Café in 2005, a pizza restaurant in the area. Most recently, they opened a coffee shop and roastery, Bestslope Coffee Company. Before pursuing Bestslope, Keller roasted as a hobbyist at home on a small-capacity North roaster from Mill City Roasters. The two later brought in Brett Jones (who owned a larger roaster) and Tom Griffith to partner in starting the new business.
