Coffee Roasting with AI?

We’re putting Path Intelligence by RoastPATH® to the test with a natural coffee from Ethiopia. Lauren generates a roast curve using Path Intelligence, Bryant uses that Path file as an underlay on our 2-kilogram coffee roaster, and then we cup it to see how close Path Intelligence gets us to ‘good’ on the first batch.
