Our team follows the Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) guidelines by completing a physical coffee assessment, then sample roasting following SCA protocol. Using the roasted sample, we'll complete descriptive, affective, and extrinsic assessments of the coffee and provide a full written report. The report summary may help determine a coffee's price, ideal roast level, blend composition, or eventual place on your menu.
Please send a minimum of 350g of roasted coffee.

Any other information, such as coffee species and varietal, processing method, growing altitude, harvest/crop date, is also helpful. Evaluations are are scheduled as soon as payment is received. Reports are delivered via email within two weeks from the date of payment.
