This service is billed by the hour; we can report on up to two coffees per hour.
Send your roasted coffee to our sensory team for professional, calibrated feedback on flavor and roast quality. We'll cup your coffee and share a detailed report, including our team's tasting notes, internal and external roast color readings, overall impressions, and actionable profile recommendations to improve your roast.
Our clients use this service to get a baseline snapshot of their coffee's quality or check in regularly to see how their roasting skills are improving. Have a coffee you love from another roaster that you'd like to learn more about? This service can help you identify specific roast levels, possible blend components, and other information to serve as a jumping-off point for your own profile or blend creation.
Feel free to reach out before purchasing to discuss this service, identify how many coffees you should send, and discuss our team's availability for evaluation.
Please send a minimum of 200g of roasted coffee, along with a printout or link to the roast profile for that coffee.
