- Located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Buyer to pay for crating and shipping. Seller can help coordinate finding a shipping company to perform this work (have had great luck with Porter Moving Company on 3-roaster moves to-date).
- The roaster receives weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance per Mill City's guidelines. It is in great condition for its next roastery.
- It is setup with Natural Gas but can be converted to LP Gas by purchasing the correct orifices from Mill City Roasters.
- Exhaust venting shown beyond roaster is not included.
- Buyer pays for crating and shipping/freight.
- Have new quick connect sensors to be included (backup).
- Able to roast four (4) batches per hour (6.6 lbs/batch).
