About the Author
Colin Harmon is a four-time Irish Barista Champion and the founder of 3fe Coffee in Dublin, a company he built from a small coffee kiosk into a 3-location retail company and roastery. After leaving a career in finance to immerse himself in the world of Specialty Coffee, Colin honed his craft at home as an amateur barista before eventually working his way into a café, and eventually onto the world stage as a Barista Competitor. Spending time as a trainer and consultant across Europe, Scandinavia, Japan and the USA helped Colin develop a unique understanding of coffee cultures around the world and the needs that cafes in those markets need to meet.
