After moving from Nashville to New Harmony, Indiana, Amanda and Marc Chevalier missed the quality of coffee they enjoyed before their move. Black Lodge Coffee Roasters was created in response. The duo operates a specialty café and roastery, home to a 6 kilogram North machine from Mill City. At any given time, there is at least 4 to 5 single-origin coffees from around the world at their location, often roasted light to medium. The Courier & Press article, linked below, offers a few recipes that incorporate coffee beans and brewed coffee. Article is written by Aimee Blume, a writer for the Courier & Press.
