Meta Coffee Lab featured on the Journal Star

Mike Bratty and Suzanne Seberg have taken a minimalist approach to creating and growing their small-batch roasting products. Meta Coffee Labs of Lincoln, Nebraska, started as a mobile pop-up distributed on a custom tricycle, mainly at Haymarket Farmers Market. Their nitrogen-pressurized cold brew coffee gained popularity in the area. They were soon approached by Zipline Brewing Co. to sell their nitro cold brew at their brewery taprooms. Currently, the pair has created an at home roastery in their basement, featuring a 2 kilogram North machine from Mill City Roasters.
