November 2016 marked the opening of the Wesley Andrews café in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Founders Jared Thompson and Johan Podlewski have roasted coffee and acquired teas over the past several years. One unique highlight of the spot is the rotating featured “guest” roasters, working on a 3 kilogram North machine from Mill City. The program that helps find new and unique offerings and make them accessible to the Minneapolis area. They feature greens sourced from Minneapolis based Cafe Imports, and going forward will connect with farmers and to do some of their own importing directly.
