| The only roastery located in Hot Springs, Arkansas is growing rapidly. Established in the summer of 2015, Red Light Roastery has graduated from a 1 kilogram North roaster from Mill City Roasters to a 10 kilogram to keep up with the demand. Adam Moore, owner and roaster, has observed the influx of breweries and specialty coffee in the area indicating a cultural resurgence.
