Red Light Roastery featured in Daily Coffee News

The only roastery located in Hot Springs, Arkansas is growing rapidly. Established in the summer of 2015, Red Light Roastery has graduated from a 1 kilogram North roaster from Mill City Roasters to a 10 kilogram to keep up with the demand. Adam Moore, owner and roaster, has observed the influx of breweries and specialty coffee in the area indicating a cultural resurgence. He has partners with local coffee shops to offer wholesale beans. The roastery is home to a tasting room for enthusiasts. Article is written by Howard Bryman, associate editor of Daily Coffee News.
