This week, Sprudge published an interview with Mill City Roasters VP Angie Davis about our booth at World of Coffee. A booth that Jordan Michelman, co-founder and editor at Sprudge, says he "cannot stop thinking about".
The booth wasn't simply a product display, but a to-scale floorplan of a working roastery, complete with greens storage space, production tables, a sanitation area, and (the pièce de résistance) a brand new M-Series 6kg roaster.
Nestled between a sea of other exhibitors' towering trade show displays featuring huge digital screens, live trees, photo booths, and an actual cash grab arcade machine, our booth appeared deceptively simple. But, as soon as they stepped inside, attendees realized they were walking into what Jordan describes as "crawling around inside a CAD drawing but IRL".
We had so much great feedback from this booth concept. Read more about the booth, Angie's design approach behind it, and see more photos in the interview on Sprudge.
