We recommend taking this blend to a medium or dark roast level. We take an omni-roast approach, utilizing a profile that’s built to shine across all brewing methods—espresso, drip, or whatever you prefer. This versatile, affordable blend is reliable and comforting, like a good shop dog. Currently featuring coffees from Tanzania and Costa Rica, the components will rotate seasonally to maintain consistent flavor and price.
When planning to roast medium, aim for 2:15 - 2:45 in your development phase with +21 - 25F past your first crack temperature for the finish temperature.
When planning to roast dark, aim for 3:30 - 4:00 in your development phase with +45 - 50F past your first crack temperature for the finish temperature.
