NOTES FROM THE SELLER
Maintenance notes: Because of our consistent preventive maintenance program, we have never experienced any major equipment issues or required the replacement of any major parts. Our roasting equipment was maintained on a structured daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedule to ensure safe, reliable operation and consistent performance.
Daily: Vacuum chaff collector, vacuum and clean tray beneath burners, remove visible coffee, chaff, and debris buildup.
Weekly: Scrape and clean exhaust vents and accessible ductwork, clean and vacuum cooling tray, inspect for chaff, coffee, and residue buildup
Monthly / As Needed: Grease and lubricate moving components, inspect belts, bearings, motors, seals, and other wear components, perform deeper cleaning of roasting and exhaust components
Annually: Comprehensive equipment inspection and deep cleaning, inspect burners, exhaust system, motors, bearings, and electrical components, replace worn components as needed
Included in sale: Seller is including a 3-month subscription to RoastPATH, Medium Roastery. The buyer can contact Mill City Roasters after the sale to get set up. This model is has a digital control panel and is compatible with Roast Replay.
Seller's payment terms: Full payment is required prior to shipment or pickup. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the equipment. Full payment is due once the equipment is crated and ready for shipment. Equipment will not be released or shipped until payment has been received in full.
Seller is willing to ship unit within the US. Sale price does not include freight or crating. Crating fee is $2030 (three crates). Freight fee will be calculated based on buyers location and if liftgate delivery is requested.
