It was a long, cold and blustery weekend here in Minneapolis, but we had a grand time roasting coffee and talking coffee roasters. Pictures below.
Johan and the lovely and gracious Lisa braved the elements and ran the roaster outside for several hours:
Nick manned the booth, handed out coffee samples, and chatted up our machines:
We finally figured out how to use the trailer as a windbreak:
-and the boys (Alex, Michael, and Nick) were happy to pose for a pic:
Michael quickly discovered the cooling trays were filled with chocolates:
-and was all smiles for the duration:
