A roastery has opened in Lincoln, Nebraska, in the basement of Mike Bratty’s and Suzanne Seberg’s home. The small-batch, craft beans are created on a 2 kilogram North machine from Mill City Roasters. Meta Coffee Labs started as a mobile pop-up coffee station on a bike. The recognized the demand for their featured product, a cold nitro brew and hot pourover.
