The biggest thing we’ll be doing in 2018 is decamping to the Seattle State Convention Center for the SCA Expo April 19th-22nd.
This year we’ll be shipping 9 roasters ranging from 500 gram to 30 kg capacity including two 3 kg roasters in the subterranean Roasters Guild training area where we’ll be supplying machines as the official machinery sponsor for the US Roasting Championship (USRC) competition.
In years past, US national competitors have submitted pre-roasted selections for grading. This year, to align with the global championship standard, competitors will be roasting their entries on site. As such, we’re proud to have the opportunity to supply equipment and support SCA and the Roasters Guild efforts to incent our community toward an ever higher standard of roast and quality.
We’ll have full crew on hand at Booth 2133 and downstairs. Feel free to stop in and shoot the breeze or kick the tires. You’re always welcome and we’re nearly always around.
