Our hometown friends at Dogwood Coffee Co have just been featured in Sprudge. The roastery-cafe was intentionally designed to be functional, welcoming, playful and uniquely Dogwood. Their 30kg and 500g Mill City Roasters are helping them to sample, profile and bring quality-driven coffees into production. In addition to their roasters, Dogwood is using a prototype hydraulic lift cart with a built-in scale from us, which is something we have been testing out in our own roastery. This equipment greatly cuts down the repetitive lifting and loading of coffee. |
Next time you are in town visiting Mill City Roasters, stop by Dogwood Coffee Co’s new roastery and cafe. Enjoy a cup of coffee and a friendly game of ping pong.
