A regulated gas supply is required for all coffee roaster installations. This Maxitrol 325 family regulator features a 1/2" inlet and 1/2" outlet at a maximum inlet pressure of 2 PSI. A factory installed spring allows for a variable range of 7-11" WC. An optional red spring, not installed, allows for pressure ranges of 10-22" WC.

Model 325-5 is shown in photos. 325-3 and 325-7 models are similar, but slightly different scale.
