We create Holiday Blends every year with specific flavor profiles in mind. Our popular returning blends, Snowblind and Hibernate, have unique aspects that we strive to recreate each winter. But, the golden rule of many creative endeavors applies to creating blends as well: be open to surprises. When we were sourcing coffees for Snowblind, our bright and lively winter blend for lighter roast profiles, we came across this combination of a fresh crop washed Ethiopia and a single-varietal offering from Colombia. We loved the blend, but it wasn't Snowblind. It was something different.
Snowbird is our newest winter blend. Crafted for coffee drinkers who love clarity and balance, it tastes like going on vacation in December. If you stay in the snow and embrace the elements during the winter months, you may go Snowblind. If you prefer to chase adventure and sweetness somewhere warmer, you're a Snowbird.

If you're a roaster, it’s important to plan these blends months in advance so you are ready for the season. Luckily, we’ve done the work on blending with Snowbird, Hibernate and Snowblind.
