Sorry, no returns on coffee.

In our roastery

Coffee from Guatemala is the one of the first signs of Spring at Mill City Roasters. With its arrival, we say goodbye to offerings from Peru and Mexico and we look for a great Guatemala to use in blends and single origins.

Like many of our offerings, we favor green coffees that can be used in multiple ways. Coffees that taste fantastic across all roast levels on our toll roasting menu and will play a supportive role in one or more of our house blends. Guatemala is a versatile region that can enhance the variety of our offerings in many ways, so we're always excited to see the start of this season.

In your lineup

Keep it simple or mix it up. Guatemala is a recognizable and familiar country of origin for customers. With a nice balance of sweetness, it's a safe coffee that's sure to please a crowd. Every sip is like saying hello to an old friend.

Lighter roast levels showcase tart citrus and mixed nuts. Move toward medium roasts, and notes of hot chocolate and sweet cream appear. Touching second crack will bring out baker's cocoa and toasted nuts.
