This thing is pretty cool. Connect the TC wire pair to 1 of 4 connections and you're done. Works with Artisan software, well built and it looks good. Dont let the supplied widget (Phidget widget) run in the background if you plan on using a roasting software suite like Artisan, you will get erroneous readings, but they should be pretty obvious.
