Hosted at Mill City Roasters, this two-day course led by Sandra Loofbourow of Loupe Coffee Consulting offers coffee cuppers an in-depth introduction to the Specialty Coffee Association’s new Coffee Value Assessment tools. Through hands-on cuppings, lectures, and discussions, participants will enhance their sensory skills and learn to apply CVA methods that improve coffee evaluation and quality throughout the supply chain.
