In our roastery
Because we use green coffees in so many different ways, we favor greens that are dynamic and adaptable. Coffees that taste fantastic across all roast levels on our toll roasting menu and will play a supportive role in one or more of our house blends. Guatemala is a versatile region that can enhance the variety of our offerings in many ways.
In your lineup
Keep it simple or mix it up. This coffee is perfect as a single origin or as a blend component. With a nice balance of sweetness, it's a safe coffee that's sure to please a crowd. Every sip is like saying hello to an old friend.
Lighter roast levels showcase tart citrus and mixed nuts. Move toward medium roasts, and notes of hot chocolate and sweet cream appear. Touching second crack will bring out bakers' cocoa and toasted nuts.
