Snowblind is a bright blend for the winter season. With a touch of sweetness, spice, and red fruit flavor, this blend is best enjoyed at a light roast profile. It’s the spot of sunshine you need to get through the snowy months.
In your lineup
This blend is designed to be roasted on the lighter side. It celebrates the brightness and vibrancy of the winter months with notes like cranberry, cider, and apple butter. It's like walking outside after a fresh snow and squinting in the sun-drenched scenery.
We're using two fresh-crop-washed coffees for this year's Snowblind blend. Ethiopia Ayla Bombe brings the primary flavor notes, providing vibrant citrus, red fruit, and tart cranberry. A coffee from the Huila region of Colombia completes the blend, creating complexity and depth along with a heavier body. Together, these single origins combine to create something better than the sum of its parts.
