In Ormand Beach, Florida, founders Carl and Michele Dupper of Steel Oak Coffee are rapidly establishing a dedicated following of local specialty coffee enthusiasts. Launched in October 2016, their 650 square-foot production facility, featuring their 2 kilogram North machine from Mill City Roasters, has been dedicated to specialty coffee education events such as public cuppings, open house tastings, and brewing and extraction training.
