We love fresh coffee, and in this video Bryant talks about our new 35 kilogram bags direct from origin Colombia offerings on the website. This project is an exploration with Forest Coffee to drop ship 35 kilogram bags of green coffee direct from origin. When we take in an order, we reach out to Forest and they start processing your coffee. In 2-4 weeks you have a 35kg bag at your door. Like all coffees on our website, we vet them by sample roasting, approving, and profiling so we can share roast targets that will help speed up the process on your own roaster. Forest strives for quality, consistency, and experimentation with the fermentation process of coffee. As we share these first three coffees, our hope is that with enough interest we can start to offer more of their coffees over time.
