Let's roast the Modern Mocha Java. This is a pre-blend made up of 3 different green coffees: Java Wet Hulled, Java Washed, and Colombia Cauca Natural. This blend was created by Derek himself, he shares why he chose these blend components and then shares the roast profile he is using on the Mill City 6KG.
