A new video is live featuring a natural Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Chelchele G1! Watch as Lauren uses Path Intelligence by RoastPATH® to generate a roast curve for a coffee that was new to Bryant, who uses the Path file as an underlay on the MCR-2E. They cupped the results to see how closely it brought out the classic fruity flavors of this origin.
